Tasha Viets-VanLear (ANDI)
Tasha is a musician and actor born and raised in Chicago and currently based in New York City. Last year she had the privilege of performing as a vocalist in the Tony Award wining musical Illinoise, directed by Justin Peck with music by Sufjan Stevens. Her most recent album, "All This and So Much More" came out last September via Brooklyn label Bayonet Records. She is so excited to be a part of this project.

Kiley B. Moore (SAM)
Kiley is a multi-hyphenate performer: part actor, part musician, all middle child. She has acted on stage, film, commercial, and television and has recorded and toured nationally with several musical projects. She received a BFA in acting from Roosevelt University’s theater conservatory and completed training at The School at Steppenwolf. Acting credits include a recurring role on Empire and costar credits on Chicago Fire and Chicago Justice.

Sam Rocha (MAX)
Sam Rocha is a Chicago-based comic and creator. She has traveled throughout the country performing stand-up and has opened for comedians like Cameron Esposito, Rhys Nicholson and SNL’s Alex Moffat. She has headlined Don’t Tell Comedy and Laugh Factory, where she produces SASHAY the last Sunday of every month. She has also understudied for the Second City touring company, was a finalist on the sixth season of Improvised Survivor, and maintains a passionate following on TikTok.

Marlene Slaughter (POPPY)
Marlene, Houston native, began her career in the arts by winning gold at the NAACP ACT-SO competition for Drama in 2015. She earned her BFA degree in Acting and MultiMedia Entertainment at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Before graduation she secured professional representation with the Gray Talent Group and her first two professional jobs, a commercial for Blue Cross Blue shield and a cross-country tour with Montana Shakespeare in the Parks. Since then, she’s appeared in television shows like 61st Street; Somebody, Somewhere; American Greed; and numerous commercials for Project Makeover, Glassdoor, Red Robin, and more. Recently she joined cast of Ghostlight, a Sundance Film Festival-debuted movie and started her short film journey with Take 290.

Whitney Chitwood (writer/director/producer)
Former horsegirl and current grown up gay lady, Whitney Chitwood (she/they) is a Chicago based writer/director who was raised by two theatre owner/director parents in smalltown Illinois. Her queer anti-western series KID is in development with Lilly Wachowski’s Anarachists United and her short film SAM WANTS HER SWEATER BACK is about to begin its festival run. A co-production with Full Spectrum Features (Desire Lines) SWHSB's screenplay received Seed & Spark’s Mark Duplass Spotlight and finished Top 10 in Oscar qualifying Cinnequest’s Screenwriting Competition.
Prior to moving behind the camera full time, Whit was a nationally touring, headlining comedian. Her album "THE BAKERY CASE" debuted at #1 on iTunes and Top 10 on the Billboard Comedy Charts.
Whit’s work strives to center LGBTQIA+ characters without queerness being the central conflict.

Moll Jean Nye (DP/producer)
Moll Jean Nye (she/they) has 15 years of experience in video and photo production, which allows them to bring a wealth of expertise to every frame, story & project. Their craft as a cinematographer is grounded in an invaluable apprenticeship, over 8 years of union video work, and another 5 years as a leader an in-house production team in the tech sector.
They approach their work with thoughtful lighting and technical know-how to capture, or design, productions to meet the moment or the brief with integrity and artistry. As a queer woman behind the lens, they bring a unique perspective to the work and celebrate peoples’ identities and experiences while capturing their many shades with empathy and respect.

Luzzo (producer)
Luzzo (any pronouns) is a filmmaker, producer,, and movement director based in Chicago. As a producer they have worked across short films, episodic content, and feature productions – including Desire Lines (Sundance 2024 Next Jury Prize recipient).
They began their career in film as an actor and hold a BFA in Acting with a concentration in Dance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Their multidisciplinary background extends to stunt choreography, intimacy coordination, and yoga instruction, all of which inform their embodied approach to storytelling.
Luzzo champions inclusive production spaces and pushes the boundaries of queer storytelling. Their work doesn’t just represent queer lives—it redefines how they are seen, felt, and remembered.

Eugene Sun Park (exec. producer)
Eugene (he/him) is a filmmaker and producer working in narrative and experimental forms. His films have screened at over 400 festivals, micro-cinemas, museums, and alternative screening venues around the world, including SXSW, BAMcinemafest, Outfest, Frameline, Chicago International, Cleveland International, Chicago Underground, Athens International Film + Video Festival, and Antimatter. His feature-length script Michael’s Story (a fictional drama inspired by the 1982 murder of Vincent Chin) won the screenplay competition at the 37th Asian American International Film Festival in New York.
Eugene is the 2020 Community Impact Scholar of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Chicago, and he was the 2019 recipient of the Jan and Frank Cicero Fellowship at the Newberry Library. Described by Newcity as “essential to the film world of Chicago,” Eugene was recently inducted into the magazine’s inaugural Film 50 Hall of Fame.

Jason Matsumoto (exec. producer)
Jason (he/him) is a fourth-generation Japanese American producer and musician from Chicago. Jason co-produced The Orange Story, an early Full Spectrum project funded by the U.S. National Park Service that aims to provide educational content about civil liberties as told through the lens of Japanese American incarceration during WWII. Jason is the director and primary composer for Chicago-based music ensemble Ho Etsu Taiko. Jason is also a strategy consultant for Miyamoto Unosuke Shoten (Tokyo), a 150 year old traditional Japanese instrument maker who officially serves the Emperor of Japan. Prior to joining Full Spectrum’s staff, Jason spent 10 years in the financial derivatives industry, retiring in 2017 as Director of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange’s strategic pricing team.

Cherish Pittman (she/her) is a Muskegon, Michigan native writer, editor, and producer. She is in the process of starting the Muskegon Film Initiative, a non-profit organization committed to the artistic and professional development of the youth in Muskegon. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Film from Grand Valley State University and is working on her Masters in Fine Arts in Film at Howard University.

Humza Syed (co-producer)
Humza Syed (he/him) is a Producer and Writer based in Chicago. At Full Spectrum Features, he has co-produced a multitude of films which have screened and won awards at festivals like Sundance and Tribeca, and supported films in co-production markets at Berlinale. He particularly specializes in production finances, budget management, financial incentives, tax credits, etc. In addition to his work in production, Humza has also supported FSF in the exploration of the international co-production space, non-traditional film financing, and specialty / impact distribution.
Prior to joining Full Spectrum, Humza worked as a consultant for Deloitte within their Life Sciences Healthcare Division, building financial models, dashboards, and deliverables for clients across the healthcare & pharmaceutical industry.

Judy Febles (1st AD)
Judy Febles is a multifaceted filmmaker dedicated to telling bold, character-driven stories that center underrepresented voices. With over eight years in the industry, she has built a career rooted in collaboration and storytelling across multiple disciplines. As a Producer, she has helped shape films that have earned top honors at festivals like Outfest and the Chicago Latino Film Festival.
Beyond producing, Febles also works as a 1st Assistant Director and Production Designer, bringing her sharp eye for detail and strong leadership to every project. A Queer, Veteran, and first-generation Cuban & Puerto Rican-American, she draws from her own intersecting identities to craft emotionally resonant work. She believes storytelling isn’t just an art—it’s a force for revolution.

Juan C. Linares (2nd AD)
Puerto Rican filmmaker Juan C. Linares is known for his darkly comedic, character-driven narratives that explore the intersection of humor and tragedy. With a distinctive blend of dark humor and emotional depth, his films, such as Warren? and Parkside, delve into the absurdity of everyday life, human relationships, and cultural identity. His feature debut, Parkside, premiered at the 2024 Puerto Rico Film Festival to critical acclaim. He is currently slated to direct A Night at Moonlight for the production company Hirsch-Giovanni. In addition to his work as a writer and director, Linares has contributed to a range of fiction projects as an Assistant Director, including First Check (1st AD), Departing Seniors (2nd AD), and Colapso (2nd AD). His experience behind the camera is informed by his early interest in acting and a lifelong fascination with human behavior, which continues to shape the tone and themes of his cinematic work.

She began her journey in Indie film and worked her way to TV. Rebecca has worked on over 25 Indie Features & Shorts. She as also worked on TV Shows such as Shining Girls, Chicago Med & PD, Justified: City Primeval, and 4400. Rebecca also won 2 Grand Jury awards for my short screenplay, “Spiced Apple”. Bryce Parsons-Twesten (PA)
Parsons is an award-winning screenwriter and essayist specializing in horror and the bad choices we can’t help but make.
His film Angels is currently streaming on Hulu as part of Bite Size Halloween season three. His first feature, Shapeless, premiered at Tribeca 2021 after being selected as a fellow in the IFP Narrative Filmmaker Lab, and in 2020, his feature Mai Pen Rai (Nevermind) advanced to the second round in Sundance Development Track. His screenplay Little Lying Wild won the WomeninFan Pitch at the Sitges Film Festival, was selected as a Breaking Through the Lens finalist, and has participated in the Berlinale Talents, Tribeca Film Institute Network, Tribeca Writing in Unreal, and the Emerging Voices Program.
Parsons is also the co-creator of Finestra, a deck of surreal conversation cards that was fully funded through Kickstarter in 2023.

Much like an elusive Pokemon or Labubu, Andy Cat can be spotted around town with a camera in one hand and a chicken wing in the other. As a specialty camera operator based in Chicago, Andy finds nothing more fulfilling than collaborating with other skilled artists, performers, and technicians to tell great stories. He’s worked on a wide range of productions including Carpool Karaoke, Cold Case Files, and Nick News. Whether it’s steadicam, gimbal, remote head, or handheld, he champions authenticity and truth to story in every camera move.

Trina Mulligan is a Chicago-based Cinematographer, Camera Operator, and 1st Assistant Camera with an immense and everlasting love for visual storytelling. She enjoys the process of creating a unique, striking, and compelling visual language for every film that she works on. She uses her profound knowledge of a variety of shooting formats, from 16mm and 35mm film to digital to craft and create stunning images to bring the world's characters to life. When she’s not on set, she loves spending time in nature and oil painting.

Nick Leahy (2nd AC)
Nick is an aspiring writer/director, producer, actor, and general entertainment professional bouncing between Chicago and Hampton Bays. His debut short film, Live From The Geneva!, a period neo-noir exploring Red Scare paranoia and its modern parallels, was an official selection for the 2024 Glendale International Film Festival.
Most recently, he co-produced CHECK PLEASE, a high-energy action-comedy in which two men nearly kill each other over who gets to pick up the bill. The film was an official selection at Fantastic Fest 2024 and received Best International Film (Special Mention) at the 2025 BFI Future Film Festival.

Shane Dresch is a Chicago-based DP and scrappy visual creative. From homemade childhood movies to earning a Master’s in Digital Storytelling, his creative journey has always been grounded in a deep love for visual narratives.

Yuxin (they/them) is a versatile sound professional based in Chicago with a background in music, initially as a pianist with performance experience across Europe and the US. Yuxin's foray into film in 2018 sparked a passion for audio, leading to deep immersion in film scoring, audio post-production and sound design since 2019. As an indie musician, Yuxin released the EP "Pink Area" in 2021.

Erin Turney is an intentional storyteller and visual artist based in Chicago. Since earning her BFA from Columbia College, Erin strives to build bridges through her films to foster understanding and connection. Her films have been featured in national and international festivals, including Ethnagrafilm (2015) with "Business Mothers" and the Cairo International Film Festival (2022) with "Collapsed Walls." Erin actively mentors emerging filmmakers through Mezcla Media Collective, where she also serves on the board.

Brynne (they, them) is an Art Department freelancer based in Chicago. In 2019 they completed my BFA in Film and Television Production, with a Production Design Concentration, from DePaul University.
Despite the Production Design major, their experience in film is more varied than that would suggest. They have found themselves Art Directing, Set Decorating, Scenic Painting, Constructing, Prop Fabricating, Prop Styling, Graphic Designing, and Handling Practical Effects. They work in both the commercial and narrative world, from low budget indies to large union productions.

[upper] Gurtie Hansell (all pronouns) is a multimedia artist, teacher, and entrepreneur living and working out of their home studio and backyard in Chicago. They draw on fashion, printmaking, and graphic design to outfit their community for pageantry, protest, and pleasure. Their wearables are deeply inspired by decades in queer nightlife, DIY crafts, and generally being loud in public. Gurtie owns a gender-expansive streetwear brand called Kangmankey which they've run since 2015. They also co-operate a costume design and set decor production company called MotherTwin, who create unique design solutions that support storytelling and world-building for video projects and immersive cultural experiences.

Louisa Arseneau (she/her) is an experimental filmmaker & curator from the rural midwest. She earned her MFA at the California Institute of the Arts in 2022. Her guest curation series at the Carbondale Community Arts entitled Community Unbound and her work with CalArts Expo explored themes of self portraiture and performance. She is currently based in Chicago IL, working as a post-production supervisor with BluBird Post, a subsidiary of Full Spectrum Features.

Benjamin Kruse (sound design/re-recording mixer)
Ben is a Chicago based sound engineer that for many years has worked across film, podcast and musical mediums as a sound editor, sound designer, sound effects editor, re-recording mixer, foley editor and composer. More than anything else, as it pertains to my work, I love crafting intricate and detailed soundscapes that help paint emotional canvases.
I deeply value community engagement and am passionate about fostering collaboration and engaging in thoughtful dialogue with fellow creators and humans alike. Although fully immersed in the U.S. my roots are also firmly planted in the country of Bolivia - which I consider to be home.

Marika Litz (colorist)
Marika Litz (they/them) grew up in a no-stoplight town in Indiana and moved to New York City to study film at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. They became a color assistant at Deluxe New York/CO3, an international film and television post house, where they worked on independent and studio features (Pariah, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, The Wolf of Wall Street), and episodic television (The Americans, Elementary). After Deluxe they went to Box Studios, a boutique-style post house and advertising agency, where they did color grading for fashion films (Prada, Balmain, Alexander Wang), music videos (Madonna x Steven Klein), and independent features (While We Were Young, Mistress America, Magic in the Moonlight).
Their current work includes shorts/features (narrative and experimental), commercials for broadcast and web, VR, documentaries, and music videos.

Benji Morgan (He/Him) has worked many different roles in the camera department. In the last ten years, Benji has worked various types of film projects, ranging from narrative to reality television and everything in between. His most notable accomplishments include 1st AC (Focus Puller) on the feature Brooklyn 45 and Loader for Girl on the Third Floor.
Benji has a Bachelor Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Communication with an emphasis in Video Production.Currently, Benji is bringing his loading and dailies creation skills to BluBird Post and Animation as Assistant Editor.

Asuka Lin (they/them) is a Japanese-Taiwanese filmmaker based in Chicago, where they are a post-production coordinator at BluBird Post. They earned their BFA at the California Institute of the Arts in film/video. Apart from their background in camera, their own directorial work travels from anarchic cyberpunk to meditative folktales, united by themes of yearning and conflicting realities. Their films have enjoyed a number of screenings internationally, including London Short Film Festival, Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival, Edinburgh International Film Festival, and Athens International Film + Video Film Festival.

Molly is an NYC based Freelance VFX artist and Filmmaker proficient in Autodesk Flame. From leading sessions with clients, to roto-scoping teeth for toothpaste commercials, she fell in love with Filmmaking and VFX because it allows her to create the impossible with moving images. Molly’s worked on several commercial campaigns including Tide, Nintendo, Toyota, Head & Shoulders, Garnier, CoverGirl, USAA, CitiBank, Raisin Bran, Country Time Lemonade, Crest, Barney’s, Samsung, Ford, BMW, Theraflu and many more. Rachel Kolb (captions quality control)
Rachel Kolb is a writer whose work explores communication, language, and disability as central components of human experience. A graduate of Stanford University, she was the first signing deaf Rhodes scholar at Oxford before receiving her Ph.D. in English literature from Emory University and then completing a junior fellowship in the Society of Fellows at Harvard University. Her work has been published in The New York Times and The Atlantic, among other venues, and she is the author of the forthcoming memoir Articulate, out with Ecco in September 2025.

Marina Kozak (branding, graphic design)
Marina Kozak (she/her) is a multidisciplinary designer based in Chicago, whose work spans a myriad of mediums, straddling the line between the timeless and the surreal. She’s worked with Chicago and international brands ranging from CHICAGO ATHLETIC ASSOC. and HOWARD BROWN HEALTH to RED BULL, SOHO HOUSE, and LULULEMON. Marina’s vast experience ultimately led her to PITCHFORK, where she served as the Creative Director for the PITCHFORK MUSIC FESTIVALS before becoming the Design Director for PITCHFORK MEDIA - where she oversaw both Editorial and Festival Design.
Independently Marina is the Creative Director of IN BOCCA AL LUPO, an art and design studio focusing on homewares and other products, including FINESTRA, a series of dark and surreal conversation prompts that was 175% backed on Kickstarter.

Olivia Jepson (social media strategy, BTS photographer)
Olivia is a photographer, social media intelligence analyst and strategist based in Chicago. She’s a creative at heart, but also deeply curious about human behavior and the patterns that emerge through conversation, culture, and community. On the surface, photography and audience insights might seem like separate paths, but for her they are deeply intertwined.
Her work is tied together with a passion for curiosity and finding meaning in those small moments that reveal something larger. Whether that’s capturing a moment on film or uncovering insights that shape how organizations connect with people, her work lives at the intersection of art, analysis and storytelling to help others see the world in a new way.

Natasha Moustache (BTS photographer)
Natasha Moustache is a photographic artist currently based in Chicago, Il. Moustache’s photography reflects their experience as a first-generation, Seychellois-American and explores the relationships between Black Diasporic communities within colonized spaces, centralizing Black women. Moustache’s work regularly engages strangers as long-term collaborator-participants.
Moustache’s work has been shown at the Houston Center for Photography, the International Center for Photography, and the Center for Photography at Woodstock where they were an Artist in Residence (2005). Natasha recently received their MFA from Columbia College Chicago where they were awarded the Stuart Abelson Travel Fellowship (2019).
